1. No Guarantees: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. No guarantee is made regarding returns or the preservation of capital. Past performance does not predict future results.

2. Regulatory Status: Tyrant Investing is a private, unregistered investment partnership. It is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any other regulatory authority. This is not an offer to sell securities.

3. Not Advice: The Manager is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional. All information is for informational purposes only. Partners must consult their own CPA or attorney.

4. Fees and Costs: Contributions are subject to Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30), with additional fees for international cards (+1.5%) and currency conversion (+1%). Trading and network fees also apply.

5. Performance Allocation: A 10% hurdle rate applies. Partners retain 100% of the first 10% in gains. Gains above 10% are shared equally (50/50) between the Partner and the Manager. There are no annual management fees.

6. Commitment and Withdrawals: A 1-year commitment is required. Emergency withdrawal fees apply: 5% (before 6 months) or 2.5% (between 6 months and 1 year).

7. Reporting: Updates are provided twice per year on April 1st and October 1st via S.C.A.R.L.E.T. software.
